No, you haven't stepped into a time/space warp .... you're still in Tortola. But you may think you're somewhere else! 

Black Lights, glowing artifacts, great dance music intermingled with some awesome blues, and laser lights, haze machine, and people dancing, or chatting, singing karaoke, or having dinner at the bar ... these are all things you'll find in THE BAT CAVE!

A cheery "Hi, how are you tonight" from owner/manager John Schultheiss and/or Assistant Manager Christian MacDonald greets you as you enter a place that was built on the premise that you're never too old to have some fun. Fully closed-in, air-conditioned and smoke-free, you actually get the feeling of being in a cave .... A fancy cave, but a cave, nonetheless.

A wide array of beverages awaits, and is delivered to you with a smile, sooner than you can say "Holy fast drink, Bat Man". There is a full selection of beers, top-shelf Single Malt Scotches, world-class vodkas, and XO Brandy/Cognacs that would make some New York bars choke up in amazement. Look around, past the well-stocked bar, glowing goodies, and decorative bats ... ... you'll also notice bats pictured everywhere as well as Batman and Robin memorabilia that customers bring in to add to the collection.

You'll also find a fabulous, bigger than ever, air conditioned, circular, raised dance floor (that will rival any New York night club) complete with haze machine and some of the latest lighting technology in the BVI.

Tortola's hottest night spot, the Bat Cave, also features the 'Bat Deck', a two-tier deck where people like to gather to meet old friends and new. And since the Bat Cave is a smoke-free environment, you can enjoy your cigarette or Cuban cigar while catching up on some great sailing or fishing stories on the Bat Deck. The gentle breezes of the trade winds keep you cool as you sip your favourite beverage under the bright full moon and shimmering stars ....
